Please note the following:
- UK Standard Delivery and UK Next Day Delivery services are available to all areas of the UK, including Northern Ireland and the islands, unless other stated on the relevant product page.
- UK Next Day Delivery your order must be placed before 1pm. Orders placed on Friday before 1pm will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
- European Delivery is currently available for the following countries only: R.O.Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg. For other countries, please call our team for a delivery quote.
- RoW Deliveries will not be sent tracked unless requested, please call our team for a delivery quote.
Christmas Cut off Dates
Orders to be placed before 2pm on Thursday 5h December
Orders to be placed before 2pm on Monday 11th December
Orders to be placed before 2pm on Tuesday 12th December
Orders to be placed before 2pm on Monday 18th December
Saturday Express Delivery
Orders to be placed before 2pm on Thursday 21st December
For all orders received after these last order cut-off times, we will continue to try our very best to get these out as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee they will arrive before Christmas Day.
We naturally want you to be delighted with the item you receive. In the event that you are not satisfied, we can accept a return for personalised products if the item is faulty. Where this is the case we will send out a replacement or offer a refund for this order, including delivery. We regret that we cannot offer returns on unwanted items that have been personalised. This is in line with Long Distance Selling Regulations governing the sale of personalised products and this is part of our terms and conditions.
Change to Personalisation
Misspelling? Change of mind? Forgotten that important bit of punctuation? If you have any change of personalisation please contact us via email as soon as possible with the change. Please note, orders that have been personalised cannot be changed once they have entered the production process.
Change of Address
We've all been there, ordered in a hurry and put your mum's postcode down instead of your own (doh!). If you put down the wrong postcode or need to change the address completely, no worries contact us via email as soon as possible and if the order hasn't left the warehouse we can change the address for you no problem.
Upgrading to Express
Picked the wrong delivery option when ordering? Or you suddenly realise the wedding was this weekend, not the following? No dramas, contact us via email as soon as possible and as long as the order hasn't left us we can upgrade the delivery for you.
